Effective 10/1/2024: The Maryland Real Estate Commission requires that licensees complete the 15 hours required before 30 days of license expiration. If not, you will have to pay a late fee of $168 before you can renew your license.
Don't Miss Your Continuing Education Deadline!
As a licensed real estate salesperson, you are required to take 15 hours of continuing education every two years. The mandatory courses cover:
- 3 hours of Legislative Issues
- 3 hours of Maryland Ethics
- 3 hours of Brokerage Relationships and Disclosures
- 2 hours of Maryland Fair Housing
The remaining 4 hours are elective courses you choose from our available offerings.
