135 clock hours, taught live on Zoom over approximately 8 weeks.

$1,800 total: $1,725 tuition and $75 for books and materials. There is no registration fee.
Can I take the broker course online?
Yes — all classes are taught live on Zoom from the comfort of your home.

Yes — an active Maryland salesperson license held for 3 or more years at full-time active status is required before enrolling.

You can apply to the Maryland Real Estate Commission for your broker license and open your own brokerage or associate with an existing firm.

Yes — the 135-hour broker pre-licensing course is approved by the Maryland Real Estate Commission (MREC).
